LEPTA SHIPPING CO., LTD. ordered S-708, 40,000 DWT bulk carrier, named “OCEAN CONDUCTOR” and safely delivered to the owner on February 6, 2024.

The naming & delivery ceremony was held under very chill but clear weather. We, shipyard would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Japanese owner and charterers for coming to Hachinohe, which was a great success.

M/V “OCEAN CONDUCTOR” is the forth in series of 40,000 DW bulk carriers and is equipped with SOx scrubber for environmental friendliness, and is a state-of-the-art vessel equipped with M0 that satisfies Phase 3 of the new ship fuel consumption regulations (EEDI regulations).

We, shipyard hope that M/V “OCEAN CONDUCTOR” will be a treasured vessel for all concerned, including the shipowner. We will continue to make concerted efforts to improve the quality of our products.
